Prints by Apex Terms of Service
 
  • Client is responsible for proof-reading all products.

 

  •  Prints by Apex will only provide credits for items that are not printed properly due to an error on behalf of Prints by Apex. No refunds are provided for products not properly printed due to an error of the customer.

 

  • All product returns and complaints must be handled within 10 days of the customer's receipt of the product.

 

  •  Acceptable forms of payment are credit card, paypal, check or money order. We do not accept cash payments.

 

  •  Deposits are required and non-refundable.

 

  •  Prints By Apex is not responsible for any incorrect or missing information on  flyer after client approval.

 

  •  All images are the property and responsibilty of the client

 

  • No edits are made after printing process has begun.
